Learning at the lower school level encourages the development of thinking skills, effective work habits and creativity.
In addition to offering a strong core program of language arts, reading, math, science, and social studies, the lower school academic program is enriched with art, music, language, and technology.
Lower school teachers and staff apply extensive knowledge of learning and child development to implement the Academy’s academic program. Classroom teachers engage daily in large-group, small-group, and individual instruction. Students in grades K-5 participate in physical education classes every day. The curriculum includes weekly visual arts and music instruction, allowing students to see their world through the framework of God’s creativity.
