CPA technology professionals will be hosting Tech Talks for parents this fall, creating a space for questions, dialogue, and helpful information on rapidly changing tech trends.
The talks will be held on Wednesday, September 5, for grades PS-5 and Wednesday, September 19, for grades 6-12. Both sessions will take place from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the US Library. All parents are welcome to attend and learn ways to help students responsibly navigate their digital lives.
Staff will discuss technology as a powerful force that has the ability to advance and encourage life through a biblical worldview. Technology Integrationists Patrick Jordan (MS), Ian Mullins-Zugelder (LS), and Jon Kelley (US) will share their perspectives and address critical questions like how to encourage an innovator's mindset while ensuring student safety, and how to educate our digital natives in an increasingly connected world.
