Please complete the online inquiry form. Upon completing the inquiry, you will be issued a login and password creation instructions. The login and password will allow you to complete the online application and check the status of your child's application.

Once you have completed an online inquiry form, you can access the application form through your child's online checklist. An application fee of $50 (non-refundable) is also required.

These forms are available on your student's checklist page issued once an inquiry is submitted. You will be instructed on how to access this checklist. Recommendation forms can be emailed to your student's present teacher directly from the checklist.

Teacher recommendations are required for Preschool through 12th grade applicants.  [The Williamson County School System has a policy prohibiting their teachers from completing these recommendation forms. Therefore, we are aware that students in this school system will not be able to complete this step, and it will not affect the application.]

Preschool teacher recommendations are required for those applicants who currently attend a preschool or Parent's Day Out program.

Academic records include grade reports, standardized testing reports, attendance records and discipline records for the current year/first semester and previous three years of school. The transcript request form is accessible on the student checklist.

After the application is submitted, prospective students in rising 5th-12th grades will interview with a member of the faculty. We want to get to know your child! Starting in September, you can register for a student interview from your child's online admissions checklist.

After the application is submitted, prospective parents who are new to the Academy will interview with a member of the admissions committee. We want to get to know your family! Starting in September, you can register for a parent interview from your child's online admissions checklist. We ask you to schedule your parent interview within two weeks of submitting the application.

Applicants for grades Kindergarten and 1st grade will participate in a readiness observation at CPA on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Applicants for grades 2nd-12th will take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). You can learn more about the ISEE by clicking here. Testing for students applying to CPA will be offered on the CPA campus the morning of Saturday, February 7, 2026. CPA does not want testing fees to pose a hurdle to completing the application process. If this is the case for your family, please contact the Office of Enrollment at Caroline.Holt@cpalions.org to discuss fees associated with the entrance assessment. Waivers are available for qualifying families

If your child is not able to take the ISEE at CPA on the offered dates, he/she can take the ISEE at other ISEE testing locations across the country. When registering for the ISEE, please be sure to supply CPA's school code (432554) so CPA will receive your student's scores.  The following testing companies also administer the ISEE:
