Tuesday/$150

This class allows children to explore movement through music and dance. Using creative movement, students can simultaneously develop motor skills, rhythmic awareness, coordination, and balance in a safe environment.

Recreational Dance
Thursday/$150 (3 - 4:30 p.m.)
3rd - 5th grades
February 17 - April 14
Instructor: Kenzie Haynes

Students will focus on movement and body conditioning in this recreational setting. Dancers will grow in flexibility, coordination, rhythm, confidence and self-expression. No experience necessary.  (Dance attire: comfortable clothing for movement).

Lower School Robotics Team 
Tuesday and Thursday – 6 weeks intensive/$200 (January 13 – February 24) Expo Feb 18
1^st – 4^th grades

Lower School Robotics Team combines the fun of LEGO Robotics with the critical thinking of the Engineering and Design Process. Students will identify a real-world problem, imagine and search possibilities, and build, test and improve their solutions! By working in teams, students will sharpen their communication and collaboration skills while applying their personal creativity. Students will develop a project by working through an engineering workbook, building a robotic LEGO model that demonstrates their solution.

Coding is for Girls
Wednesday/$150 (3 – 4:30 p.m.)
January 19 - March 9
2nd  – 5^th grades
Instructor: Ian Mullins-Zugelder

Believe it or not, there is still a perception that careers and interests in the STEAM disciplines are “for boys”. Coding Is For Girls seeks to encourage girls to pursue their unique interests and close the gender gap by exploring computer science principles, learning coding languages, and creatively solving problems in a fun and collaborative environment.
