CPA lights up campus to honor Class of 2020

This Monday, CPA lit up its campus as a gesture of appreciation for and solidarity with the the senior class, the Class of 2020. In unison with schools across Nashville, the Academy lights went up at 8:20 p.m. (20:20 military time) for 20 minutes, setting scoreboards to 20:20.

The image of an empty, quiet, illuminated campus holds mixed emotions. While the community certainly misses filling the stands on the baseball, soccer, track, softball, lacrosse fields, and tennis courts, families remain strong in support of seniors.

The alma mater, Soli Deo Gloria, rings true and shines bright in these times of uncertainty.
