On Saturday, August 22, CPA welcomed families from preschool through grade 12 to campus for the annual Back-to-School Party, marking the official start of the new academic year.

The afternoon brought together parents, faculty, and students across all divisions for fellowship and family activities. Families lined up at local food trucks while younger students visited the bouncy castles, pony rides, and face-painting stations. A live DJ provided music throughout the afternoon as community members reconnected after the summer break.

As evening approached, the CPA Pep Band marched through the crowd, performing fight songs to lead families toward the stadium for the first home football game of the season.

The energy carried directly into the stands, where the student section filled the bleachers in purple to support the Lions.

Gatherings like the Back-to-School Party reflect the Academy’s covenantal commitment to building intentional community across the sacred triangle of home, church, and school. By opening the year together, the CPA community reinforces the shared relationships that support students throughout their educational journey.
