US Students had the privilege of hearing author and international speaker, Chloe Howard speak at TICE's recent Sojourn event. Chloe shared her own story and complicated journey with a congenital foot deformity that took nine surgeries to correct. Despite her trauma from extreme bullying and degradation during her childhood and teenage years, she shares that God saved her and called her to boldly lean into the beauty and boldness of her story and encourage others to do so as well. Now, she uses her platform to call others to "stand beautiful", a great reminder that we all walk a unique path of pain in our lives, and it's our calling to stand tall and pick others up along the way.
