Cal is a two-time graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN with an undergraduate degree in Physical Education and a Master of Education with emphasis in Sport Administration. While at Belmont, he was captain of the tennis team and still remains a competitive tennis player. Prior to joining CPA, he worked in many roles in the athletic department at Vanderbilt University over a nine-year stretch. His last position at Vanderbilt was serving as the Director of Major Gifts for athletics. He is on the Belmont University Alumni Board and also serves on the board of the Sport Administration program where he has taught the Fundraising in Sport class over the past four years. Cal and his wife Cande have two children. Cooper is two years old (CPA Preschool) and Caroline was recently born on June 1.

Rachel holds two degrees from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, a M.S. in Communication and Information with a focus in student affairs and a B.A. in Communication Studies. While at UT, she worked in many positions with UT Housing and Residence Life, including as an Assistant Hall Director and Graduate Assistant for the UT Learning Communities. Rachel also worked with the Office of Student Orientation & Leadership Development, the UT Parents Association, and the Office of Alumni Affairs. Originally from Boone, NC, Rachel is married to CPA alum David Crenshaw.
