Admissions Timeline for 2013-14 Academic Year

Applicants interested in applying for the 2013-14 school year may refer to the application and admission timeline below: 

Monday, October 1, 2012 through Friday, May 3, 2013 —Shadow Days are available for students in grades three-12.

January-February 2013--Optional Middle School Family Interviews. Call the Office of Enrollment to schedule a time.

Friday, February 22, 2013--Decision letters mailed for first pool of applicants.

Friday, March 8, 2013--Last day to return enrollment contracts, information forms and commitment fees for first pool of applicants.

Wednesday, May 1, 2013—Last day to submit written request for withdrawal from enrollment. Families who withdraw after May 1, 2013, will be responsible for full tuition.

Late Enrollment

Students who submit applications after December 19, 2012 or whose application packet is incomplete after January 25, 2013, will be placed in the second pool of applicants and considered on a space-available basis. We do accept applications after these dates, however, as circumstances sometimes occur that allow spaces to become available.

Reenrollment for 2013-14-- Current K-12 Students

Friday, February 1, 2013 - Reenrollment Packets are available.

Completed reenrollment packets for the 2013-14 school year may be returned to the Office of Enrollment beginning February 2, 2013. Please include all requested forms and fees when returning the packet.

Friday, February 15, 2013 - Last day to return enrollment contracts, supplemental forms, and commitment fees.

Wednesday, May 1, 2013—Last day to submit written request for withdrawal from enrollment. Families who withdraw after May 1, 2013 will be responsible for full tuition.

2013-14 DEWAR Tuition Refund Plan

CPA offers an optional DEWAR Tuition Refund Plan to students in Grades K-12. The refund plan pays benefits (subject to terms and conditions on the policy) to the school, protecting families from financial loss that may result from the student’s withdrawal from his/her studies. 2013-14 DEWAR Student Accident Policy

The DEWAR Student Accident Policy provides reimbursement for medical expenses resulting from a student accident which includes but is not limited to family paid deductibles and co-insurance. To learn more about this policy, click HERE.

2013-14 CPA Student Accident Policy

CPA maintains a blanket accident policy on all students. This policy is meant to be a supplement to the normal family medical insurance, not a replacement. To learn more about the terms and conditions of the CPA Student Accident Policy, please click HERE.

2013-14 FACTS Tuition Management

CPA utilizes FACTS Tuition for all installment payments of tuition and fees. CPA offers a variety of payment plans through FACTS for families who do not choose to pay their tuition in full on or before Friday, July 26, 2013.
