Re-enrollment for 2012-13 - Current Students
2012-13 School Year: Completed re-enrollment packets may be returned to the Office of Enrollment beginning February 2, 2012. Please include all requested forms and fees when returning the packet.
Wednesday, February 1, 2012 - Re-enrollment Packets are mailed to each student.
Friday, February 17, 2012 - Last day to return enrollment contracts, information forms and commitment fees.
Tuesday, May 1, 2012—Last day to submit written request for withdrawal from enrollment. Families who withdraw after May 2, 2011, will be responsible for full tuition.

Open Houses and Preview Nights are a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Academy in an informative, fun group setting. All events are held on campus.

High School Preview Night for 8th Grade Parents/Students: Thursday, February 9, 2012, 7PM

Monday, October 3, 2011—Admission interviews begin.
Monday, October 3, 2011 through Friday, May 4, 2012 —Shadow Days are available for students in grades 3-12
Friday, January 27, 2012—Supplemental forms and records deadline for first pool of applicants
Friday, February 24, 2012--Decision letters mailed for first pool of applicants.
Friday, March 9, 2012--Last day to return enrollment contracts, information forms and commitment fees.

Second Applicant Pool
Friday, February 3, 2012--Applicantion deadline to be considered in the second applicant pool.
Friday, March 2, 2012--Supplemental forms and records dealine for second pool of applicants.
Saturday, March 3, 2012--Entrance Exam for applicants in grades kindergarten through third will be scheduled upon receipt of the application. Applicants for grades four through 12 will take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). The ISEE must be taken by Saturday, march 3, 2012, in order to be considered in the second applicant pool.
Late Enrollment
Students who submit applications after February 3, or whose application packet is incomplete after March 2, will be placed in the late-enrollment pool of applicants and considered on a space-available basis. We do accept applications after these dates, however, as circumstances sometimes occur that allow spaces to become available in late spring or summer.
